I first bought some Timberland deck shoes in the '80s sometime - not sure just when... and have replaced them with the same - comfortable, durable, good quality. I recently ordered my 3rd pair... wow, what a disappointment. I don't know if the company has changed hands, or what. Sole color is now stark white - which I'm not fond of, but the worst part was the new 'inner sole' - a nice piece of smooth leather, which at first I thought was a good touch - is absurd. I can just envision some eager MBA 'Bottom Line' Clown saying "Hey - I know what! We can save a buck per shoe if we only run that innersole part way up the shoe! And some dim-witted Exec. Said 'OK'!
So, you have this nice HALF innersole that curls up every time you remove your foot from the shoe. I'll never buy another Timberland shoe of any kind. They've become money-grubbing 'Bottom Line Babies'.

Put an order in, waited the week it's supposed to take to get to me, get an email telling me they've cancelled the order. No info on why or if I can reorder. I guess they misstocked and don't have the customer service ability to manage that mess up professionally. Terrible service, or lack of it.

Love the boots but can't find euro hiker boots in steel toe anymore, I had them years ago nd look far better than the pro versions they currently have, guess I'm going to have to find a new boot for work. Kinda annoyed
Hi guys you are the best this, ISP is providing me better speed for me according to my need.
They give you a 12 month warranty because that is all they will last. My sole started coming off after 9 months. That was on my first pair but I figured well they were warm and water proof so this year I tried them again. Not even 6 months and they are falling apart. I work for a living and I will never by this crap again. No pictures I through them away. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Ordered Timberland boots, they sent the wrong size. Once returned they charge the shipment fee. Poor business attitude. Make customers pay for their mistakes.
I ordered custom boots, gray. I received brown boots, but they swear they are correct and refuse to do anything. I wish I could attach pictures!
Bought several pairs of boots/shoes products both great but delivery slow and no updates.. I understand under current circumstances things to be understandably slower but not to the degree that inexperienced..
Whole experience rather disappointing.
The website is down half of the time I try to visit it. I cannot send a support request because it says for me to prove I'm not a robot but there is no captcha. The size chart does not regard the length of men's bottoms and it's not on the same scale the product is. What a truly sucky service

Squeaking Timberland Boots
I bought a pair of Timberland Boots, after wearing them about 15 times, left boot begins to squeak. I kept on wearing them other times, hoping for the squeaking to disappear - It did not, so I wrote Timberland about the squeaking. It turns out there must be water inside my waterproof boot and the solution according to customer service was: let it be for a couple of days and the use talcum powder. In my opinion that not a serious advice on a boot that is under about 9 months old. I consider Timberland as a Premium brand, perhaps that were back in the days???
I was surprised to see such bad reviews that I felt I had to add my good experience. Having ordered a pair before Xmas which arrived on time and having to return them and order again I had no issues with at all. The invoice is online (perhaps saving paper) and instructions for returning item are also online. No need to contact customer service. Things were slow... granted but I have found a few online retailers slow at the mo. I think the service is great as free returns and uses the same packaging. Super simple IMO.
Told delivery would be within 5 days. Yodel delivery raised within 3, was expecting delivery, nothing upto a week later. Spoke to customer service at yodel who said timberland haven’t given them the products to deliver. Spoke to timberland customer service who said the boots aren’t in stock yet. Shocking service. Won’t be buying from timberland again. Order cancelled. Now awaiting refund. Reading other reviews I’m sure that will be taking its time also
